Week 6: Maximized Mindset Transformation … Feedback and Perspective Shift

We also watched a Ted Talk from Kelly McGonical about the way we think about stress, can we make it our friend? https://www.ted.com/talks/kelly_mcgonigal_how_to_make_stress_your_friend We had great discussion about our own perspectives and some answered tough questions including, “What am I doing now, that I wasn’t doing 6 weeks ago?” If you haven’t answered for yourself, take a minute now and think about it.
