From where I stand, the size of my ideas, the facts that are known to me, have a meaningful interrelationship: they create my perspective. You would have had to walk a million miles in my shoes, spend a million hours learning, listened to a million different teachers and tried a million things, to get the perspective I have. I have the faculty of seeing all the relevant data in its meaningful relationship: I have a vantage point that I’ve climbed to, over heights and valleys, rocks and trees, to sit up here, high above, to relay the history of how all of this makes sense, and what, from my perspective, doesn’t. I have a way of seeing things, a way of regarding situations, facts, etc, and judging their relative importance to what I need to make the right decision. I have a proper or accurate point of view or the ability to see a situation before it becomes a situation. Trust me, the view from up here, gives my perspective truth.
